Tusker Hide can be learned by using a Fabled Tusker Paw on the Statue of Artificer's Wish. The first time you hand the paw to the Statue of Artificer's Wish, you learn the spell Recall Alphus Lassel. Subsequent turn ins which gives you Xp or a small chance at learning the spell.
