Milantan, Milantane, Milantean, and Milantos have all been used as the adjective to people and things from or related to Milantos. In this article we will evaluate each word that has been used based on the following criteria:

Milantan
In the text To Be A Shadow, written by the Gharu'rndim historical figure Mansur al-Rajan, Milantan is used to describe the people of Milantos, and things related to Milantos.[1] This text written around 1022 RC (-393 PY).
In the text The Fallen Master of Shagar Zharala, an unknown author, likey a Gharu'ndim, uses Milantan to describe the people of Milantos.[2] This text was first discovered in Portal Year 11.
In an introduction to Gharu'ndim history, Milantan is used to describe the King of Milantos.[3] This text could either be considered to be written in an in-universe third-person, or by an Isparian scholar on Dereth. If it was written by an Isparian, it was likely written between -15 PY and 10 PY.
In the Lands of Asheron Magazine Tear-out section on cultures, Milantan is used to desribe the kingdom of Milantos.[4] This text could either be considered to be written in an in-universe third-person, or by an Isparian scholar on Dereth. If it was written by an Isparian, it was likely written between 5 PY and 10 PY, since it mentions the town of Tufa.
In the story The Frost King, Milantan is used to describe and object from Milantos.[5] This story is told in an in-universe third-person perspective, and occurs in Portal Year 10.
In the story Reawakening, Part Five, Milantan is used describe the language of Milantos.[6] This story is told in an in-universe third-person perspective, and occurs in Portal Year 14.
In the story Sanamar Under Siege, Milantan is used to describe things related to Milantos.[7] his story is told in an in-universe third-person perspective, and was first available Portal Year 16, although the events it describes took place earlier.
In the description of the weapon Brador's Frozen Eye, Milantan is used to describe the people of Milantos, and things related to Milantos.[8] This description is in an in-universe third-person perspective, and this weapon was first discovered in Portal Year 16.
In the description of the weapon Defiler of Milantos, Milantan is used to describe the people of Milantos.[9] This description is in an in-universe third-person perspective, and this weapon was first discovered in Portal Year 16.
Milantane
In the text The Reign of Alfrega, written by the Aluvian scholar Midistaff the Learned, Milantane is used to describe the the qualities of a person from Milantos.[10] It is unknown when this text was written, but given that Midistaff wrote, "[Alfrega] was succeeded by her son, Osric, who would come to be known as the Wise,"[10] it had to be written during or after the reign of Osric - 810 RC (-711 PY) or later.[10]
