Obtained by handing in an Banderling Head to a Mask Maker.
You can obtain the older pre-patch style mask (see below) by giving the Banderling Head to an Apprentice Mask Maker.
The old style mask can also be given in to a Mask Maker to receive a Banderling Wand.
