Located at 38.2S 12.0E in the middle of the A'mun Desert, south of Al-Arqas and northwest of Xarabydun. It is right next to the drop of Fadsahil's Portal Gem (Gharu Mastermage).
Blighted Sotiris Hollow Minions across the A'mun Desert drop Blighted Mana Crystals, which can be given to the A'mun Node Golem (need 10) for XP or to the A'mun Gateway (need 20) to access the Blight Lord's Lair.

You could once hand Blighted Mana Crystals directly to the pyramid to activate it. See T'thuun Tainted Ley Lines for more information.

The pyramid's light is strengthening, but there will be a long way to go before it is restored. It has not yet reached half strength.
