Editing Energy Crystal

From the [[Preparation for the Ritus]] quest introduced in [[Reign of Terror]].<br>
There are two Energy Crystals, a blue retired one (dropped by [[Virindi Grand Inquisitor]]s), and, during the [[Reign of Terror]] event, a quest came available by which to obtain a purple one.
