== Game Changes ==
* New level 7 dispel scrolls added and can be found in [[Steel Chest]]s.
* Level I-VI dispel scrolls can now be found in creature loot in addition to the usual [[Steel Chest]]s.
* [[Chorizite Dispel Potions]] have been moved up two spell levels enabling the creation of level VI and VII dispels.
* The two existing dispel gems have been moved up one spell level raising them from level V and VI to level VI and VII respectively.
* Player cast dispels now only remove negative enchantments.
* Level 7 buff time/animation for many Life and Creature spells (self Creature spells, and Life armor, elemental protection, and regeneration spells) is now equivalent to level 1 spells.
* Part three of the ongoing Treasure Revisions has been introduced. See the [[Announcements - 2004/04 - A New Threat#Letter to the Players|letter to the players]] for details.
* Vendor Buy-Sell Rates have been revised. See the [[Announcements - 2004/04 - A New Threat#Letter to the Players|letter to the players]] for details.
* Other changes:
