==Allegiance Speakers== Monarchs and level 2 and above Officers can designate a member of their allegiance to act as its speaker. They can set and change the speaker at any time (regardless of whether they are online or not) by using the command. /allegiance officer <add/set> <level 1> <name> The monarch and level 2+ officers may also remove the current speaker without setting a new one with the command: /allegiance officer <remove> <name> These two commands are only usable by the those with the appropriate powers. However, all players in an allegiance may see who the speaker and officers for their allegiance currently are with the command: /allegiance officer list ''or'' /allegiance officer
