They can be found as trophies from [[Shadow Spectre]]s and as rare trophies in [[Black Marrow Reliquary|Black Marrow Reliquaries]]. You can find many spawns of Shadow Spectre in the [[Temple of Stirring Shadows]] (Take [[Haliana]] in Cragstone at 26.2N 46.3E and then run to 70.2N, 65.5E.
