<br><br>Two rows of [[Empyrean Pillar]]s, each 12 pillars long, stretch across the river from 33.8S, 75.1E to 33.8S, 75.7E to reach the Festival stone, located at 33.8S, 76.2E. Some of the pillars are broken. The ones that are not have an eternal flame burning atop them. 
<br><br>Behind the Festival stone is a [[Meeting Hall Style Building]] at 33.8S, 76.4E with a tree growing in the center of it. The four stone pillars in the corners have flowering vines growing up their sides, with flowers on the top of the pillars as well.
