An underground settlement in the center of the town of [[Rithwic]], home of [[Candeth Martine|Martine]], see [[Repercussions--Leafdawning, PY 13 (July, 2002)|Repercussions]]. The permanent portal here appeared after [[Dranith Menacet]] was killed.<br>
Many residents took shelter here. [[Candeth Martine|Martine]]'s study, bedroom and other related items can be found inside.<br>
During the [[Elements of Revenge]] story arc, [[Candeth Martine|Martine]] himself could be found in his Throne Room, but he has departed long since.<br>
At that time, you could choose to give him one of the items found in his study and bedroom, either the [[Tusker Husk]] or the Letter. The Husk filled him with rage, and the letter makes him want to atone and perhaps see his wife again one day. See [[2002/07 - Martine's Retreat Opens]].
