* During the [[That Which Is Ours]] event, this was the destination of the [[Ulgrim's Recall]] spell.
* During the [[Sins of the Fathers]] event, a [[Gift Box]] was placed here as part of the [[Hidden Presents]] quest (Seasonal). 
* During the [[Shifting Tactics]] event, an [[Exploration Marker]] was placed here as part of the [[Dereth Exploration]] quest.
* The [[Pet Shop]] is nearby where you can obtain one of many [[Pets]].
