== Summary ==
* Three Lugian emissaries appeared in each of the starter towns with the offer of building special crafting forges. When used, the forges would give players a boon to their trade skills.
* Players had to retrieve essences from the Virindi Power Forges to start the forges. After the essences were gathered they could then be handed into Kerrak and his two other Lieutenants to spawn the crafting forges in the each of the starter towns.
* Even though the forges are now built, you can still retrieve the essences and hand them into an [[Agent of the Arcanum]] for a [[Writ of Refuge]]. You can also give them to the crafting forges for experience and to permanently upgrade them so you obtain a longer-lasting spell. See the [[Power Forges]] quest write-up for details.
