* First wave of player housing added to the landscape ready for the expansion.

[[Dark Majesty]]
* Housing now purchasable.

[[The Gathering Storm]]
* Settlement portals added to various major cities around Dereth for quickly reaching Housing Settlements.
* Quest added to gain a token that can be exchanged for a [[Writ of Refuge]] (once-per-character) or access to a furniture shop.

[[Betrayal]]
* Apartments introduced to meet the high demand for housing.

[[Waking From the Abyss]]
* All characters on the account owning a house now have access to the house UI panel and the maintenance status. In addition, all characters on the account will now receive the pink warning message if maintenance has not been paid.

* 30 day timer on the purchase of housing (not apartments) added to prevent the constant buying and selling of properties.

[[Down Twisting Paths]]
* All characters on the account of a character who owns a house can now use all house management commands (except @abandon and allegiance permissions) and place items on [[House Hook]]s.
