# Aun Teriona will tell you a specific type of Carenzi to hunt based on your level, however you can hunt any of them. See each creature page linked below for spawn maps.
#* 4 livers from the [[Polar Carenzi]] on [[Corcosi Island]]
#* 35 livers from the [[Carenzi Stalker]] on [[Marae Lassel]]
#* 29 livers from the [[Feral Carenzi]] on [[Marae Lassel]]
#* 15 livers from the [[Carnivorous Carenzi]] on [[Marae Lassel]]
#* 19 livers from the [[Mangy Carenzi]] on [[Singularity Caul]]
#* 13 livers from the [[Tainted Carenzi]] on [[Singularity Caul]]
# Kill Carenzi until one drops a liver (it drops on the ground beside the corpse).
# Use the liver (nothing is actually picked up), and your 2 hour timer will begin. Continue killing the same type, using livers as they drop.

Notes
* You get an XP reward as soon as you finish, but you must return to Aun Teriona to receive your Writ of Refuge and your new title.
* The 2 hour timer continues to count down even if you are logged out.
