== Walkthrough & Notes ==
There are 18 variations of the [[Composite Bow]], 18 variations of the [[Composite Crossbow]], 54 variations of the [[Composite Bow with Handle]], and 54 variations of the [[Composite Crossbow with Handle]]. For all possible weapons, see [[Composite Weapons Quest/Full Rewards]].

The best possible Composite Bows and Crossbows are made from [[Great Mattekar Horn]]s, [[Ravener Guts]], [[Large Lugian Sinew]]s, and a [[Dark Revenant Thighbone]]. For these weapons, see the rewards section.

The Atlatl, which was a later addition, only has 4 variations. For these weapons, see the rewards section.

For the [[Great Mattekar Horn]], hunt [[Great Mattekar]]s. The best location to do this is the [[Mattekar Cave]] near [[Neydisa Castle]], but they can also be found as landscape spawns in locations such as the [[Lost Wish Mountain Range]].

For the [[Fire Auroch Horn]], hunt [[Auroch Fire Bull]]s or the [[Master of the Herd]]. Fire auroch herds can be found at the following points of interest:
* [[11.5N, 37.9E - Auroch Herd]]
* [[29.6N, 39.1W - Fire Auroch Heard and Reedshark Pack]]
* [[26.9N, 39.0W - Fire Auroch Heard]]
* [[80.7S, 34.5W - Auroch Herd]]

For the [[Large Lugian Sinew]], hunt mid to high level lugians, such as [[Gotrok Gigas]], [[Gotrok Montok]], [[Gotrok Extas]], [[Gotrok Tiatus]], [[Gigas Raider]], [[Extas Raider]], and [[Tiatus Raider]]. These creatures may be found in the following dungeons: [[Hills Citadel]], [[Wilderness Citadel]], [[Ridge Citadel]], [[Old Mine]], [[Linvak Tukal Entryway]], and [[Lugian Excavations]]

For the [[Small Lugian Sinew]], hunt low to mid level lugians, such as [[Gotrok Amploth]], [[Gotrok Obeloth]], [[Gotrok Lithos]], [[Amploth Raider]], [[Obeloth Raider]], and [[Lithos Raider]]. These creatures may be found in the following dungeons: [[Hills Citadel]], [[Forking Trail]], [[Trialos]], [[Lugian Post]], [[Lugian Outpost]], and [[Lugian Quarry]].
