# Travel to [[Sanamar]]. South of town, behind the Royal Hall is the [[Viamontian Torture Chamber]] at 69.6N 62.6W.
# See the [[#Maps|map]] for how to get down, if you don't have lockpick, you'll need to stop and pick up the {{Itemlink|Torture Chamber Key}} to unlock a door near the end.
# {{Optional}} Obtain {{Itemlink|Eleonora's Note}} from within a locked prison cell. This cell requires lockpick to unlock. 
# On a pedestal at the end of the dungeon is {{Itemlink|Eleonora's Heart}}.
# Bring the items to the [[Grand Mother]] of Silyun.

=== Defecting from the Whispering Blade ===
# Although officially a Whispering Blade quest, you can defect and help the Rossu Morta instead by bringing the heart to the [[Grand Knight]] of Sanamar. You will receive the same rewards as you would if completing the 1st quest in the Rossu Morta quest line ([[Dericost Ruin Quest]]).
#* Note: The Grand Knight will not reward you for Eleonora's Note, and if you are a Friend of Sanamar, neither will the Grand Mother.
