# Speak to [[Hassim]] in the [[Whispering Blade Chapterhouse]].
#* This is a one time flagging and does not need to done again for repeat runs.
# Make your way to [[Pheraion's Sanctum]] at 59.8S, 75.1W.
#* Route: [[Glenden Wood]] to [[Mountain Ridge Abodes]] portal at 27.9N, 29.5E. From there, go to [[Amperehelion Vault]] duplicate portal at 35.0N 20.0E and take the surface portal from inside.
# Head north through the dungeon avoiding detours through the side passages. You should come to a room with an acid pit and a statue of Bael'Zharon. Jump down and take the north ramp heading south to Pheraion's room.
# Defeat Pheraion and loot {{Itemlink|Diviner Pheraion's Key}}.
# Use the key on [[Diviner Pheraion's Chest]] in the corner of the room for a random Royal Runed weapon, {{Itemlink|Pheraion's Notes}} and some tier 5 loot.
# Return the notes to Hassim for your experience reward.
