== Walkthrough ==
# {{Optional}} Speak to [[The Bringer of Light]] at the [[Encampment near Rynthid Infested Plains]].
# Head up the platforms on the [[Rynthid Infested Plains]] and enter the [[Path of Torment]] portal.

#* Note: This is the same portal used for the [[Rynthid Genesis]] and [[Defeating the Curator of Torment]] quests.

=== Artifact 1: Tormented Shadow Kill Task ===
# In the dungeon, find the room with a small red crystal NPC and talk to it to be given a kill task to kill 20 [[Tormented Shadow]]s.
#* Route: Turn left after entering the dungeon and search the rooms on the left.  The room the crystal is in has 2 paths leading into it.
#* {{warning}} Talking to the crystal a second time before completing the kill task will spawn nearby Rynthid enemies!
#* Note: The kill task can be completed within any dungeon on the Rynthid Infested Plains.  Kills outside do not count toward the kill task.
# After killing 20 Tormented Shadows, talk to the crystal again to be given a crystal artifact.

=== Artifact 2: Enraged Shadow Kill Task ===
# Work your way through the dungeon and find the portal for the [[Platforms of Torment]].
# Back on the platforms, go straight down the ramp to the large platform, then turn left.
# Take the ramp straight ahead, then turn left again up the ramp and into the [[Path of Rage]] portal.
# Again you must locate a red crystal NPC in the dungeon.  It is located in a dead end room. When you reach the first large room, take the paths on the right to reach it.
# The crystal gives a kill task for 20 [[Enraged Shadow]]s.
#* {{warning}} Talking to the crystal a second time before completing the kill task will spawn Rynthid, similar to the first crystal.
# Complete the kill task, then talk to the crystal again to be given a 2nd crystal artifact.

=== Artifact 3: Wisp Collection ===
# Continue through the dungeon until you reach the [[Platforms of Rage]] portal.
#* {{warning}} Very hot drop!  Running recommended!
# From the drop, run straight ahead to the ramp across the platform.
# Take the ramp down, then turn right and follow another ramp down.  
# Do a half power jump to the platform nearby which has a floating crystal decoration in the middle of it.
# Take the nearby portal for the [[Path of Sorrow]].
# This dungeon is linear and randomly spawns [[Wisp of Corrupted Emotion]] on the ground.  You need to collect 10 of them.
#* Note: Typically there are between 2-5 wisps on the ground per run through the dungeon.  So you will need to either visit multiple times or return to the dungeon drop and wait for more to spawn.  The dungeon is log-able, so you can log out to wait for more to spawn if desired.

=== Rewards ===
# At any time after completing an artifact, return to the [[Encampment near Rynthid Infested Plains]].
# Give [[The Bringer of Light]] each crystal artifact and the 10 wisps for 25,000,000 experience, 5,000 luminance, and 1 [[Durable Legendary Key]] each.
# Turning in all 3 artifacts gives an additional 3,000 luminance and the title "[[Purifier]]".
