The [[Unstable Paradox-Touched Essence]] is lying on a mushroom near the drop into the Olthoi Queen's lair.  You can carefully loot it without aggroing the Queen. 

Give the essence to Garrick to upgrade the Piercing Olthoi Servile Essence (180) to lvl 200 (Need 1M Lum).

To upgrade the Slashing Spiral Armoredillo Essence (180) to lvl 200 give the essence with Garrick (Need 1M Lum).
