 |  Question = What I can't figure out is why Turbine doesn't take a stand. Saying you're against it...saying you're going to enforce it and then doing almost NOTHING about it is just inviting people to keep doing it! If you aren't going to enforce it, then don't keep talking about it like you are. It's terribly disatisfying to the playerbase to see you say one thing and not follow through.
