# [[Black Ferah (NPC)|Black Ferah]] will send you to speak to the [[Shadow Captain (NPC)|Shadow Captain]] in [[Tou-Tou]] at 27.9S 95.6E.
# Then speak to the [[Shadow Soldier (NPC)|Shadow Soldier]]s nearby to spawn [[Soldier (Level 220)|Soldiers]] to complete the kill task.
# Kill 15 [[Soldier (Level 220)|Soldiers]], return to to the [[Shadow Captain (NPC)|Shadow Captain]] and talk to him and then speak to [[Ler Rhan (NPC)|Ler Rhan]] in [[The Shadows]].

Notes
* Killing a Vortex is easiest with an archer. Mages get quite a few resists. Melee's have to contend with the other spawn. 
* Perching on the Meeting Hall works well too.
