# From [[Eastwatch]] run to the [[Frozen Refuge]] at 93.9N, 45.4W.
# From the drop, Go NorthEast, West, South, South, West, South.
#* Note: Make sure you have full health when making the jumps.  You will take massive cold damage when jumping across the pits.
#* Note: West wall for ramp up if you fall
# Continue around the corner and up the ramp until you reach a room with Geraine inside.  
#* {{Warning}} Make sure everyone is at the end before attacking Geraine, as the doors close once he is attacked.
#* {{Optional}} Have two people hold the doors, and have one person drag Geraine down the hallway.  Once he is beyond the doors, your party can back down the hallway, leaving the spawn behind.
# Once attacked, several protectors will spawn, including Wight Sorcerers, Wight Captains, and Glacial Guards.
# Kill Geraine, and loot {{Itemlink|Geraine's Tome (3)|Geraine's Tome}}.
#* Note: The slayer can also loot {{Itemlink|Geraine's Crushed Heart}}, which is on a 10 minute expiration timer.
# Return Geraine's Tome and Geraine's Crushed Heart to the [[Mhoire Soldier (Geraine's Hosts)|Mhoire Soldier]] for your reward. If you are part of a simultaneous heart turn in go quickly to the [[Mhoire Lieutenant (Geraine's Hosts)|Mhoire Lieutenant]] in [[Wai Jhou]] for a title reward.
