There were several titles added during the month the quest was introduced. Several were the generic explorer titles for finding X number of markers, and the others were the theme reward titles. The only two possible theme titles left from that first patch are Daredevil and Spelunker. I can guess that Spelunker either means inside caves (the landscape object) or inside dungeons. Going on that plus the ulgrim hints, I went to his island and checked out his dungeon, but didn't find a marker. I really don't know what Daredevil could be, other than dangerous locations, or locations involving heights/jumps. --An Adventurer 17:04, 23 July 2009 (UTC) }} {{Post | Indent = :: | To = | Text = 5 Markers found, no title hint yet. Either this means some (up to 3) of the markers are actually from last patch, or (coincidentally) only the none-title ones have been found, or there is no theme. This would mean, however, a break in the pattern of themed-no/themed markers. Until now we had (trying to summarize :) ): # Mountain Climber (5 themed) - January Patch # Amateur Explorer (20 Markers found) - February Patch # Party Goer (5 themed) - March Patch # Experienced Explorer (40 Markers found) - April Patch # Crater Crasher (5 themed) - May Patch # Adept Explorer (60 Markers found) - June Patch This leaves (undiscovered titles from portal.dat of January Patch): # Daredevil, Sky Diver or Spelunker - July Patch # Master Explorer (80 found?) - August Patch # Daredevil, Sky Diver or Spelunker - Sept. Patch # Elite Explorer (100 found?) - October Patch The one in the Cave for the PT Olthoi Queen just screams for the "Spelunker" theme, but nogo. The Iceberg one also refers to spelunking... Now, with the Crater Crasher theme, the one in the Aerlinthe Caldera was also screaming to be a "themed" one, but it was not. So my wild guess at this moment the theme is "Spelunking", but what keeps the title-message from popping up? Until now, we had none at all in dungeons. But both the Iceberg one and the PT Cave suggest it *is* possible for a marker to show up in "open access" dungeons. Just a few ideas which immediately come to mind to this sort of dungeons: * Sword of Bellenesse * Small Mukkir Slayers (Fledgling Mukkir Nests) * Deru Tree * Snake Tunnels (Radiant Mana Infusion) * Tracing the Stone dungeon in GY * Both "Deep"s (ok, small spelunks, but still) * The Tusker Emporium on AL * Old Scratchy's Cave If anyone remembers by heart where there were more of the "open access" dungeons.. I'm gonna start with the ones I listed. --Sanddh 17:27, 25 July 2009 (CET) }} ==== Picking up the Pieces Checked Locations ==== Spelunker Theme * Cave (Inside and both Eastham and Isle of Tears entrances) * Seaside Lair (in + out) * A Cave AKA Tibri's Cave (in + out) * Lakeside Lair (in + out) * Cave AKA Tumerok Overlord Cave (out) * Shoushi Grotto - outside * Small Fledgeling Mukkir Nests (Holtburg, Shousi, Yaraq) out and a bit in * A Mossy Cave (Shoushi) * The Deep Dark Isle * Tusker Emporium (out and a bit in) * Adventurer's Haven (in + out) * Abandoned Mine AKA Subway (in + out) * Mount Lethe Magma Tubes (in + out) * Underground Forest (in + out) * Glenden Wood Dungeon (cave area only) * Mattekar Caves (in + out) * Rat King's Cave (in + out) * Small Icecave (in + out) * Grievver Cave (in + out) * A Small Cave (in + out) * Lost City of Frore & Mountain Cave (did not check some side paths in the Mountain Cave) * Olthoi Arcade (all the way to the end, but did not check some side paths) * Olthoi Chasm (all the way to the end, but did not check some side paths) * Blightfinger's Warrens * Forking Trail (in + out) * Crater Caves (most of it) * Crater Pathway * Mysterious Cave * Inner Dungeon * Eastham Sewers * Simple Tower (in + out) * Lugian Post (in + out) * Tumerok Outpost at 23.8N 36.5W * Artifex Vault * All 4 Major Stone Vaults (Serac/Jahannan/Incunabula/Amperehelion) Other POIs * Ulgrim's Isle + Basement (based on Ulgrim hints) * Chalicmere Castle * Walled Portals * Outside Accursed Hall * 23.1S, 72.0W - Tumerok Dires Fort * 26.5S, 65.5W - Platform/LS * 25.2S, 53.1W - Blacksmith/Hut/LS * 27.0S, 56.0W - East Dires shipwreck * 25.8S, 46.9W - East Dires Great Lighthouse * 45.1S, 83.1W - Renegade Castle * 44.5S, 83.4W - Undead Tomb * 43.6S, 83.1W - Tower and Cragstone Portal * 48.6S, 60.0E - Baishi Fort * Mt Lethe drop area * 23.4S, 92.2W - West Dires shipwreck * 22.8S, 91.9W - Seaside Tower * Direlands Subway surface area + some interior * Leikotha's Crypt * Grievver Valley
