While the same character may have a lore page and NPC/creature pages, lore character pages should only be created if there is significant information on them. To clarify, if the entire lore a character could be summed up in one sentence, and that character has a page devoted to their in-game NPC/creature, the lore summary should be placed in the "Lore & Dialog" section of that page.
