An Observatory that has been taken over by Shadows, it houses a chest which contains a note with the wheareabouts of part of the [[Staff of the Nomads]].
The two pieces of the staff were originally held to the south east at the [[Tombs of the Sand Kings]] inside [[Anadil's Tomb]]. The tombs were raided by the Shadows stationed here under [[Black Ferah]]'s instructions.
