During [[The Rise of the New Singularity]] Story Arc, in the [[Spring's Sorrows]] event Adirred orchestrated a takeover of [[Ayan Baqur]] and kidnapped most of its residents. Panoptican is where the missing townspeople were kidnapped to. A Virindi called Adirred the Theoretican guarded the slightly dazzled Townspeople.
