''"Oolutanga's Refuge is found on the tropical islands of Aphus Lassel. For many years, tuskers were taken by the Virindi and used as guards, slaves, or in their experiments. One such tusker is Oolutanga, a test subject of the rogue Virindi Aerbax. Oolutanga was gifted with incredible strength and size, magic, and intellect. He used his new abilities to escape from Aerbax's laboratory, and he fled across the sea to Aphus Lassel. == Route ==
* Method 1: The [[Town Network]] has a portal directly to [[Oolutanga's Refuge]] in the Annex (south) branch.
* Method 2: Prior to the Shifting Gears update, the easiest way to get there was to use [[Aphus Lassel Portal Gem]]s from the [[Tusker Tusks]] quest. The gems are givable.
* Method 3: There are also [[Tusker Shrine Statue]]s that will portal the user to Aphus Lassel. They spawn randomly across [[Osteth]] as well as being at the end of three fixed-location dungeons:
** Tusker Temple 10.5S 65.6E - Level 1-20 - {{ACMaps.com|5D44}}
** Tusker Temple 59.8N 28.4E - Level 20-40 - {{ACMaps.com|5D43}}
** Tusker Temple 0.7N 68.1W - Level 40+ - {{ACMaps.com|5C4A}}
