Killing swarms of [[Olthoi Hive Soldier]]s will eventually spawn swarms of [[Olthoi Hive Mutilator]]s then [[Olthoi Hive Eviscerator]]s and finally [[Olthoi Hive Brood]]s.  One of the Olthoi Hive Broods in each swarm will drop the Pincer with the following message
