* Part of the process of joining a faction as an initiate ([[Celestial Hand]], [[Radiant Blood]], or the [[Eldrytch Web]]). Note that if you have not talked to the NPC for the Initiation Quest you will not be able to pick up the [[Corrupted Mana Shard]] at the end, it will just damage you if you try to take it.

* If taking a large group or multiple characters, you can tie to the surface portal inside the [[Empyrean Foundry]] just to the south to save some running.
