{{Turbine Developer | Date = 09-03-2004 | Link = https://www.asheronscall.com/en/forums/showthread.php?13427-AC1-and-AC2-lore&p=131004&viewfull=1#post131004 | Question = This is something I've wondered pretty much since AC2 came out... How much continuity is there between the lore in AC1 and AC2? I mean, how closely do the two live teams work on keeping things in one game on track with the other, do you work from the same, um, design documents (Or however you keep track of all this stuff ^_^)

I never really followed the AC2 lore beyond a little of what was in beta, because I always just assumed that the AC2 team would take it their own way, but if we can read AC2's lore as just a future point of view of AC1's that'd be another story ^_^ | Text = We work very closely to make sure the lore doesn't contradict. Orion knows the lore of both games very well, as does Keth on the AC2 team, and members of both teams frequently consult them both to make sure that everything works together. | Developer = [[Turbine_Developers#Alex_.22Ibn.22_Beckers|Alex "Ibn" Beckers]] }}
