# Speak to the listed NPC in your [[Faction Stronghold]] in the east wing.
# Head to [[Dark Isle]] and track down [[Falatacot Consort]]s, which spawn as mobs throughout the island.  Similar to other Dark Isle mobs, the consort mobs will spawn a boss called a [[Falatacot Blood Prophetess]].
# Collect 10 {{Itemlink|Falatacot Battle Report}}s from [[Falatacot Blood Prophetess]] corpses.
# Once you have 10 reports return to the NPC in your [[Faction Stronghold]] for your rewards.
