== Overview ==
This quest was colloquially known as xp levers, and was only available on [[Darktide]]. It was announced in January 2005, introduced in February 2005, and then removed in June 2005. 

There are four versions of this quest. See:

* [[Mausoleum of Cruelty Quest]] (60-89)
* [[Mausoleum of Slaughter Quest]] (80-109)

In addition to the level requirements, this quest requires that you have the [[Player Killer]] status.

== Walkthrough & Notes ==
# Run to the [[Accursed Gatekeeper of Slaughter]] or the [[Unholy Gatekeeper of Slaughter]]. Known locations for these gatekeeper are:
#* 60.1S, 66.5W, Obsidian Plains - Accursed Gatekeeper.
#* 82.9S, 81.0W, Southwest Direlands - Unholy Gatekeeper.
#* 63.7S, 51.5W, south of Wai Jhou - Unholy Gatekeeper.
# Speak to the Gatekeeper to be teleported into the [[Accursed Mausoleum of Slaughter]] or [[Unholy Mausoleum of Slaughter]], depending on which Gatekeeper you used.
# Make your way to the [[Pillar of Slaughter]] and interact with it. This will flag you to use the Effigy for 30 minutes.
# Make your way to the [[Effigy of Slaughter]] and interact with it. As long as you are flagged, you may use the Effigy every 5 minutes for a reward.
# If you exceed the level restrictions of the dungeon while inside and attempt to use the Pillar or Effigy again, it will dispel your protections, cast [[Tusker's Gift]] on you, and debuff your jump skill. Then it will teleport you to high in the air at 62.4S, 71.1W, at the Shadow Spire crater on the [[Obsidian Plains]], where you will fall to your death.
