Metos was an Empyrean expert in the construction of Golems, and a friend of Asheron.<ref>2006/12 [[Cold Tracks]] - [[Cold_Tracks#Town_Crier_Rumors|Town Crier Rumors]]</ref> He maintained three workshops, what we know today as the three [[Halls of Metos]]. His heritage is unknown. Since he is a contemporary of Asheron<ref>2007/02 [[Rekindling the Light]] - [[Halls of Metos (Text)]]</ref>, he is likely [[Yalaini]]. However, the style of the three halls is strikingly [[Dericost]], and the halls themselves are occupied by Dericost undead.
