* This particular hellfire spawns as part of [[Lady Aerfalle Quest]]. It appears once the [[Mount Esper Firestorm]] has been killed and spawns in the very middle of the crater of [[Mount Lethe]].
* The [[Blue Fire Infusion | infusion]] can be used to improve the [[Sword of Lost Light]] or may be given to [[Lilly of Glenden Wood]] for 4 million xp.
* Drops 9 infusions.
* On death:
