Drop point of [[Small Black Hill Portal]].<br>
Small Black Hill is a tall, narrow, square, black plateau with a small tower, two NPCs and two portals.<br>
One portal takes players up to [[Black Hill]] and the other takes them down to [[Small Hill Base]].<br>
Small Black Hill usually just serves as half-way point for players traveling from Black Hill to Small Hill Base or vice versa, but (mainly because of its close proximity to [[Wai Jhou]]) some players do come here to make use of the two NPCs.
