'''Special Foods''' are food items with unique names and higher stamina restoration or health restoration than a basic food item. These items spawn from two different generators: '''Food Stamina Gen''' and '''Food Heal Gen'''. For the most part, these items are only found in dungeons and points of interest. The exceptions to this are:
* Fire Auroch Meat, which is dropped by Fire Aurochs.
* Royal Cabbage, which can be purchased from [[Farmer Khurah al-Rujarkir]].
* Tart Apples, which can be purchased from [[Ringoshu the Apple Seller]].
