* Hand [[K'nath Core (Peaceful)]] to obtain [[K'nath Core (Peaceful)]] 
* When used, many [[Tainted Grimy Moarsman|Tainted Grimy Moarsmen]] and [[Lost Menilesh Denizen]]s spawn. If given the [[K'nath Core (Peaceful)]], it will return the [[Empowered K'nath Core]] (and still spawn moarsmen and undead). Don't move or heal until it gives you the item.

{{Event|The pillars surface feels cold and oily. A horrible taste blooms in your mouth and you hear a whispering voice. You realize the voice is coming from your own mouth, whispering words in a language you don't understand.

|As you bring the core closer to the pillar the symbols appear to draw back from it, but that could just be the light. The core seems drawn to the pillar like a magnet. It clinks against the pillar, sticking firmly. A vibration runs up the pillar and through your arm shaking loose a drift of dust. Then the core detaches suddenly and you are able to pull it away.
