The Underground City is exactly what it's name says.. a city underground. It is actually a dungeon, accessed via the [[Abandoned Mine]] or the [[Isle of Tears]]. <br>
As implicated by some sayings of the NPCs, it was a hiding place for humankind during the Olthoi Reign.<br>
It contains a few shopkeepers, and gives access to the dungeon [[Hidden Dungeon]]. Two of the [[Strange Device]]s for the [[Black Death Catacombs Quiddity Seed Quest]] are also found here.

There is an [[Exploration Marker]] outside near the dungeon portal at 21.4N, 54.0E.
