- Dropped by Olthoi Brood Nobles on the Marae Lassel Plateau only while the Olthoi Queen Quest is active (rings are broken).
- Take the Tessera to Aun Hareltah in Timaru for a free skill point.
- Retired during the Master of Arms event.
