Master of the Shagar Zharala, the Zharalim, author of the Zharalim Foreman's Journal. He sent out the workers, artisans and miners of the Zharalim to explore the Decrepit Tower north west of Zaikhal. After many of the party turned ill and or insane, the foreman of this group decided to flee and to report to Yaral.[1]
