::I asked and was told it was what was pulled at live before the shutdown. Live Logs has different description Edit
The logs pulled from live show the description as: 'Use this stone on an Empyrean or Isparian weapon or on a piece of Shadow Armor.' Not sure, but not sure if the minor stones were able to be put in Shadow Armor.
