Content Guidelines Edit
Equipment quality should vary based on the following:
- Equipment that is Attuned/Bonded or only usable by the character that obtained it should be better than equipment that can be freely given and used across characters.

- Equipment that has a high degree of randomness to obtain it should be better than equipment that is easily obtained.

- Mage armor - low armor level, usually enchantable, and usually includes an enchantment that greatly improves AL (Heiromancer's armor, Perfect Light set, quest robes)
