- Found on the corpse of a Pumpkin Follower, a corpse found on the landscape near a Pumpkin Lord and Pumpkin Kin.
- Blue Blanket is used to gain entrance into the Arena of the Pumpkin King (give to the jack o'lantern statue past the Locked Door in the east hallway of Colosseum, if you've never used the door before, give an Egg to the Master Arbitrator first).
- Give to Arena of the Pumpkin King to gain access:
- You give Arena of the Pumpkin King Blue Blanket.
- The statue's eyes flash and you feel the pull of portal space.
- It is also used turn a Pitiful Pine Tree into a Little Pine Tree.
- Typically only available during Halloween.
- Only 1 Pumpkin Follower will appear per Pumpkin Lord.
