| #Eliminate some of the undesired effects of people blocking progress of a group by simply waiting at Lady Aerfalle and killing her before the group made it down, effectively stopping the quest for them. Now, this sort of behavior will not result in the quest being ruined.

| One important note: If you currently have a Pallium or Staff on an alternate character that you would not want there later, you should make sure it is moved back to the original owner before the May prop next week. After the prop, all existing Palliums and Staves will become permanent items for whomever is carrying them. They can be removed only by giving them to a town crier after that. They are no longer transferable on death.
