It cannot be reached by foot and is only accessible via a Humming Crystal Portal, which randomly spawns in the wild's of northern and southern Osteth. There are two exit portals on the top of the mountain, both of which deposit you at 4.5S 81.2W near the base of the Mountain. Using the crystal yields results in the following message:
