  2. Return to Torgash, and talk to him.
  3. Go to the Viamontian Knight Encampment nearby at 93.5N, 51.4W.
  4. Retrieve the Vial of strange fluid from the Alchemist Table in the small building far most of the gate (93.5N, 51.7W) - double click the table to receive the Vial.
  5. Return to Torgash, and hand him the Vial for your reward.
