In the Pillars Made of Sand event, this NPC was relocaed from 42.2N, 82.8W (outside Redspire) to 41.1N 74.4W (outside Bluespire).
This NPC has no radar blip. This is because originally he would "recall" to Timaru, fading away in a cloud of portal magic. In actuality the NPC was simply changed to be invisible but was still there. When he was relocated, this interaction was removed, but a radar blip was not added.
