Head over to the Drudge Crypt located at 27.8S, 12.1E just West of the outpost.
On the floor in the crypt is a Drudge Charm, pick it up and bring it back to Sarqah bint Ak for your rewards and the text, Lazily Scrawled Note.

Notes

Bring the Lazily Scrawled Note to Jilsaya bint Dah in Al-Arqas to begin the Abandoned Shops Quest.
