Appeared during The Ancient Olthoi Queen event with a few Olthoi Primordials.
Was unkillable at first, but with the assistance of Nuhmudira, could be weakened and then defeated (fled and was not killed).
The queen was replaced by a 100,000 hp Olthoi Sentinel in the Visions in the Darkness patch.
