- At the Dens of Iniquity
- By giving a Black Luster Pearl to an Agent of the Arcanum
- By completing Death's Allure and receiving it as a random reward.
- It is one of the items used to purchase a Mansion.
- Existing Golden Gromniess that were discolored after the Throne of Destiny event can be given to an Arcanum Refurbisher for repair.

- When Ulgrim's own version was added, a bug allowed it to be picked up.
